Allow me to introduce myself

Hi, my name is Mitzi Cerecedes and I LOVE THE WATER! Simple as that!

I'm certified to teach through AFAA (American Fitness Aerobics Association) which is recognized Nation wide as well as licensed to teach all formats of Zumba, including Aqua Zumba.

I'm CPR certified and carry my own Liability Insurance as an independent contractor. I have been teaching water aerobics for the last 13 years and am currently teaching 32 classes a week at 7 different locations around the Surprise Az area.

I have anywhere from 25 up to 88 people in my class at one time. ( during the season in Sun City West) ! I have participants as young as 13 years old and as old as 93 (you rock Burdette from SCW).

I've taught the most fit of people and the people who have never worked out a day in their life. Despite those differences what do they have in common??? A LOVE FOR THE WATER! Why???? BECAUSE IT WORKS!!! Simple as that!!

I do what I love and I love what I do. Somedays I have to just pinch myself because I feel so honored and blessed to be a part of so many different peoples lives. I have learned valuable life lessons from those whose paths I have crossed and I wouldn't change it for the world.

I've seen Aqua aerobics literally TRANSFORM people in such astounding mind blowing ways it almost seems surreal. From 350 lbs to 200 lbs, from borderline diabetic, to no need for medication at all. From high blood pressure to normal blood pressure. From a size 16 pants to a size 8.

The water can also provide much needed RELIEF for those who suffer from severe fibromyalgia, arthritis, bursitis, hip replacements, knee replacements, back surgeries etc. the list goes on and on. I have literally watched people walk into the pool all hunched over and leave the pool standing straight up.

So to say I LOVE THE WATER.... Is DEFINITELY an understatement. Even if you don't find "my class" , PLEASE I challenge you to just find ANY H2O class. The water is the BEST, SAFEST thing you could EVER possibly do for yourself! Hands down ! I PROMISE... You will NOT REGRET IT!! Or your body aches, pains, snap, crackle and pops WILL be refunded to you at NO additional cost.
