What is Aqua Boot Camp?

 

I have designed my AQUA BOOTCAMP to accommodate ANYONE, ANY AGE, and literally ANY FITNESS LEVEL.

 

Whether your 18 or 92, THIS IS FOR YOU! It allows each person to go at his or her own pace with no pressure or feeling like you wouldn't be able to keep up.

 

You go at YOUR PACE! It consists of 7-10 Stations (depending on the size of the class and location.) Some pools are bigger than others.

 

Each station has 3 different exercises (A,B,C) Each exercise is done for 1 minute, (whistle blows) participant now kicks (above or below the h2o on their back OR stomach) as fast as they CHOOSE to go for 10 seconds (give or take lol haha) whistle blows and you move to the next station to do letter A of that station. All the way around, then you repeat , doing letter B of EACH station.

 

By the time you finish you will have completed (depending on the number of stations ) anywhere from 21-30 DIFFERENT exercises, working EVERY muscle in your body.

Aqua Boot Camps are NON TRANSFERABLE.  Unfortunately  if you miss a session, you will not be able to make it up, as I only have so much equipment to go around. Of course there are exceptions to every rule so please let me know if you have  a special circumstance, I’m sure there is something we can work out, as long as I know of it ahead of time.
