Under the Ontario Health and Safety Act (OHSA), employers are required to post the Act and any explanatory material prepared by the Ministry, including the New Health & Safety at Work poster.

This poster summarizes workers' health and safety rights and responsibilities as well as the responsibilities of employers and supervisors. It encourages workers to get involved in health and safety and explains when and why to contact the Ministry of Labour.

The New Health & Safety at Work: Prevention Starts here poster must be posted in warehouses effective immediately. Inspectors will begin enforcing this new requirement effective October 1, 2012.
