Bax-Tile owner and founder Rick Baxter is a shining example of the results that can be achieved through hard work, dedication and the realization that customer service is the most important aspect of any business.

Rick began working in the construction industry in Ontario in the late 90's and although he was required to learn several different skills, it was tiling that he liked best.  And as is the case with anyone who "finds their niche", Rick realized that he had a flair for tiling.

Over the course of the next few years, Rick became the "go-to guy" for tiling projects with the company he worked for, and in the late 90's he began to work exclusively in the tiling end of the construction business.

He took his passion and all his skills with him in his move to Regina and found employment with some of the largest companies in the area. 
In 2010, Rick decided to take the entrepreneurial plunge and he branched out on his own.  That was the beginning of Bax-Tile.
